Sunny, warm, and breezy we had a wonderful, perfect day of sailing. Fish on the grill tonight.
Below, Weatherbird greets new students Richard, along with his two sons Tod and Zach. We also bring provisions to the boat and have a great meal out on the town. Should be an excellent week of sailing in what the weatherman promises to be sunny weather.
Rain all day today. Managed to get one shot of the yacht ‘Athena’ as we toured Newport Harbor.
We leave Third Beach anchorage on our way for Dutch Harbor.

We have a very chilly day with everyone bundled up but we still get in some excellent sailing exercises. Today we learned our points of sail and especially how to jibe a larger sailboat. This evening we’ll enjoy appetizers then wild Salmon on the grill. Enjoy!
